Sun Dried Tomatoes
and Pickled Capers

Sun Dried Tomatoes are naturally dried tomatoes. Salt and black pepper are added and finally they are preservedand in vegetable oil for maturation to obtain a mild, natural and fresh taste. Capers are the flower bud of a southern European shrub which is pickled in brine and vinegar.

The Sun Dried Tomatoes can either be served as pant of a salad mix or as a base for sauces, or it can even be used to give an exotic taste to a variety of dishes during cooking. Capers can be used as a garnish or in a sauce mix to obtain a special taste. It is excellent with prawn salad, fish, boiled lamb and mutton or as a pizza topping, and in most Mediterranean recipes.

The best way of storing these goods is to keep them in a cool and dry place.
